Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Act Improvement District Board

The Little Rock Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Act Improvement District Board was created by Arkansas Code Annotated 8-15-101 et.seq. and Little Rock City Ordinance No. 20,986. Its nine (9) members serve three (3)-year terms. The duties of the Board are to create and implement a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program under which a real property owner may finance an energy efficiency improvement, a renewable energy program, or a water conservation improvement for their property on a voluntary basis,with loan repayment tied to collection of real property taxes.

The Pace Board meets the third Thursday of each month in the Sister Cities Conference Room on the second floor of Little Rock City Hall.

One (1) Architecture and/or Professional Engineering Representative
One (1) Advanced Energy Industry Representative, including Energy Efficiency or "Green Building" Contracting and Consultation
