The City of Little Rock is beginning the planning process for the 2018 Action Plan.  The plan will outline funding and programming to be accomplished through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Programs.  The City of Little Rock receives CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Neighborhood planning meetings will be held throughout the City the week of September 18, 2017 – September 28, 2017.
