Details

Public Hearing of the Little Rock Planning Commission to hear cases.  The Commission hears requests for re-zoning, subdivision, conditional use permits, and amendment to Plans.  Any person wishing to speak for and against any requested item must complete and hand-in a speaker request card prior to the beginning of the hearing.  Items which have been deemed to be non-controversial for approval, withdrawal or deferral will be addressed in one vote at the beginning of the meeting.  Those remaining items will be placed on the regular agenda and be considered one at a time.  Each item must receive at least six positive votes from the Commissioners in order to be approved by the Commission.
