Meet with the Mayor
Thank you for reaching out to the Office of Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. We appreciate your interest and look forward to assisting with your scheduling request.
To ensure your request receives full consideration, please submit it at least 21 days before your event. Our office typically reviews requests submitted 21 to 90 business days in advance. Due to the high volume of invitations and requests the Mayor receives, we do our best to accommodate as many as possible, though we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
After your submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from LRWEB. The Mayor’s scheduling team will follow up with you once your request has been reviewed. Please keep an eye out for this communication, as a timely response may be required to finalize arrangements.
