The City Attorney’s Office of Little Rock provides ethical, impartial, and principled legal counsel to the Mayor, City Board of Directors, departments, commissions, and employees. We ensure that the City complies with local, state, and federal law. Our attorneys and staff strive to effectively collaborate with all departments, ensure lawful governance, and maintain our professional excellence in representing the City. The City Attorney’s Office does not provide legal advice or representation to the general public; residents with questions about personal legal matters should consult a private attorney.
