Phase Three Project Description

Phase Three will start at the Phase One terminus at the border between Western Hills and First Tee Parks.  Phase Three will run north along the western edge of the lake, and cross First Tee Way just east of the roundabout (Fig. 1).  Tri-Creek Greenway new construction will match City of Little Rock design standards unless otherwise noted (Fig. 2).  Tri-Creek Greenway new construction will typically be asphalt outside of the floodway and concrete inside of the floodway (e.g. Fig. 1).

After the roundabout, the trail will descend from ~276 ft. to ~258 ft. elevation (Figs. 4-6).  In order to not exceed a 5% grade, the trail will be constructed along the slope for at least 360 lin. ft.
