WHAT:             An open forum style public meeting will be held to present a conceptual study of roadway improvements for Rodney Parham Road beginning at the                        intersection of Green Mountain Drive and Hinson Road, north to Valley Club Circle. The meeting will be held at First Baptist Church located at 62                            Pleasant Valley Drive on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 5:30 p.m.

                       The purpose of the meeting is to discuss plans and receive public input for the intersection improvements.

                       Representatives from Public Works Department Civil Engineering Division will be present to discuss the project and to receive public input.
