The City of Little Rock 311 phone service will be unavailable from 7:30 to approximately 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 29. The disconnection is to accommodate planned facility electrical work that will require power to be disconnected. The 311 website and mobile app will not be impacted by the telephone outage.

Residents who need to use the 311 service during the planned downtime are encouraged to use the app or website or wait until after 8:30 a.m. to access the service. Phone service will resume as soon as power is restored.
