Join us for one of seven upcoming ward meetings in May. We'll discuss the 2024 proposed sales tax, seeking your input and support for a better Little Rock.
At the meetings, you will hear from Mayor Frank Scott Jr., City Directors, and Department Directors as we discuss our reasons for seeking an additional sales tax and our proposals for allocating the revenue. The tax measure is centered on what Mayor Scott refers to as the "four Ps" -- Public Safety, Public Infrastructure, Parks and Recreation, and the Port and Economic Development. Each of those pillars has critical needs we can address with sales tax funding.
Each meeting starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. We understand that you may not be able to attend the meeting in your Ward, but rest assured, you are welcome to join us at any other meeting. We want every resident to have a chance to participate and contribute to the discussion. Together, we'll shape the future of our community!
