Mayor Request Form

 

We take all scheduling requests via email, so please complete this form to request Mayor Scott’s attendance at your event or a Mayoral Proclamation. Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event. After you submit your request, you will get confirmation that your request has been received. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee Mayor Scott’s participation or attendance at your event. Due to the fluid nature of Mayor Scott’s schedule, we typically cannot confirm appearances more than 4 weeks in advance.
