Letters Request Form
In instances where a Proclamation or a Key to the City are not warranted, the Mayor may issue a letter of appreciation or congratulations.
The request should include the name of the person or organization, the purpose of the recognition, necessary background information to be considered for inclusion in the letter, and the date on which the letter is being presented.
