Any student at a Little Rock school who is currently enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade can enter.
The top winning artists in each grade category (elementary, middle, high school) will receive a cash prize, a trophy, and a certificate. Artwork will be displayed in the center for up to a year and then be returned to artist.

Submission deadline: Submit your submission form to West Central Community Center as soon as you can. The artwork deadline is March 31, 2017.

Type of art: Two-dimensional art creations of watercolor, acrylic, oil, charcoal, etc., are welcome. Digital computer art and photography are also allowed.

The dimensions of the art should be no more than 20" x 24" and no less than 8.5" x 11".

Concept should be inspired by the programs and activities at the new West Central Community Center: Community, Sports, Radio, Youth, and Seniors.

The art submitted needs to be mounted on a mat of paper material but must not be hard-framed.

The official submission form needs to be filled out and delivered or mailed  to West Central Community Center at 4521 John Barrow Road.

Only one entry per artist.
