I understand that I am responsible for paying all sales taxes. I understand that my name or business name and any photos may be used for promotional and/or informational purposes. I understand that once accepted, all fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. Then, the City of Little Rock will refund 50% of the application fee.
