Board of Adjustment

The Little Rock Board of Adjustment was created by Little Rock Code of Ordinances, Section 36-66 et seq. - Ordinance No. 13,777. Its five (5) members serve three (3)-year terms. The duties of the Board are to consider requests for variances from the requirements set forth in the City's Zoning Ordinance and to consider appeals of administrative decisions relating to the Zoning Ordinance. Members of the Board of Adjustment are appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors and consist of one (1) architect/planner, one (1) engineer, one (1) member of the Little Rock Board of Realtors, and two (2) at-large members.
