Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals

The Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals was created by Little Rock City Code, Section, 8-376, 377.  Each of the Board's five (5) members serve four (4)-year terms. The Board hears appeals of citizens affected by the Housing Code, reviews proposed requests for variance and determines the acceptability of variances from requirements set forth by the Little Rock Housing code.  Members are appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors.

MEMBERS:	Five (5)
DUTIES:	The Board hears appeals of citizens affected by the Housing Code, reviews proposed requests for variance and determines the acceptability of variances from requirements set forth by the Little Rock Housing Code.
SELECTION:	Members are appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors
MEETINGS:	Meetings are called when necessary and held at City Hall.
