The Public Safety Commission meets on the fourth Thursday of every month. *Please note: The Public Safety Commission's November and December 2026 meetings will be held on the third Thursday of each of those months.

The January 2026 meeting will be held on January 29th due to the State of the City scheduled for January 22nd.

Citizen Communication

Three (3) minutes per person are allowed to present. No more than seven (7) individuals can present during this allotted time. This time is allotted for any person to express a written or oral viewpoint, or other message to the Public Safety Commission. A maximum of 21 minutes altogether is allotted for citizen communication at each meeting. 

Individuals wishing to address the Public Safety Commission during the Citizen Communication portion of the meeting will be required to submit a yellow card to the commission’s Secretary (Commissioner Zeornee Herts) before the official start of the meeting. The yellow card must contain your full name.
