Director’s Message
This moment represents the culmination of a lifelong journey. From once being a participant in City programs to now serving as the Director of Community Programs, I am deeply honored to lead a team dedicated to helping residents move from bad to better, from OK to good, and from good to great.
At the Department of Community Programs (DCP), we believe in meeting people where they are and supporting them as they work toward where they want to be. Our programs are designed to empower individuals and families, foster community connections, and open doors to new opportunities.
