LITTLE ROCK -- Little Rock city offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of Labor Day.

Because of the holiday, all sanitation and recycling pickup will be delayed one day during the week. For instance, regular Monday services will now be Tuesday, and so on.
