By profession, Sinovia Mayfield is a senior project manager and digital strategist guiding nonprofit, educational, and governmental organizations through digital transformation. She helps mission-driven teams leverage better technology, with technical systems design and sustainable impact at the core of her daily work. She brings strategy, collaboration, and clarity to complex projects, helping people and systems work better together.

On the block, she’s a proud Little Rock local, mother, creative entrepreneur, and the force behind Rocktown Realness. Born, raised, and raising the next generation by choice in Little Rock, Arkansas, she’s moving through the city she loves... once by foot and by car, now also on two wheels. A year of riding with her family, with the 12th Street Corridor as their main artery, from carpools to grocery runs, has shown her how active transportation reshapes daily life. She’s shown up for pedestrian counts to ensure her neighborhood is counted, and she shares stories that highlight care, access, and connection. Sinovia works toward a Little Rock where sidewalks, bike lanes, and buses tie neighborhoods to opportunity and where everyone has the support to move forward and go further no matter what path or mode of transportation they choose.
