The types of programs to be considered include, but are not limited to, the preservation and enhancement of green space, the reduction in City energy consumption, the development of community design recommendations and tools, the assurance of access to healthy food sources, and the construction of green buildings and other infrastructure to provide utilitarian use while minimizing environmental impacts.
