The Little Rock Historic District Commission meets once a month to review requests for Certificates of Appropriateness.  These are requests to do work on the exterior of a structure, add structures to the property or build new within the McArthur Park Historic District.  The Commission also reviews other historic related issues within the City of Little Rock.  The agenda with the issues to be addressed at the hearing is published one week before the hearing and posted on the City website.
