Re-Entry Training Services

The City of Little Rock Re-Entry Program is designed to provide services and opportunities to those with a history of non-violent convictions and incarceration to transition into the Little Rock community and improve their quality of life. The Re-Entry Program specifically provides the following services to those who plan to reside in Little Rock upon release:

Services Provided:

  • Employment opportunities within the City of Little Rock Departments
  • Assist with employment through private employers and partnered agencies
  • Employment Readiness Training Program
  • Assessments
  • Job Placement and Job Prepration
  • Career and Life Skills Training
  • Case Management 
  • Employment Retention Services
  • Voter Registration
  • Expungement Assistance

Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have a current address and reside within the City of Little Rock
  • Must complete required program application and screening process
  • Must accept the application and job requirements
  • Must update Re-Entry Coordinator regarding any changes in status, i.e. phone, address etc...
  • Must be willing to participate in the Re-Entry Employment Training Program
  • Must be willing to volunteer within the community
