Administrative Division:

Objective:

The Administrative Division is responsible for ensuring all Departmental goals are met, with regards to administrative and employee services, implementation of policies and procedures, work site safety and employee training.

Administrative Office:

Fleet Services Administrative offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.

Administrative and Employee Services:

Willie A. Hinton is the Department Director and oversees all aspects of the operation and the City of Little Rock and Fleet Services Department. Mr. Hinton may be reached via e-mail at whinton@littlerock.gov or by phone at (501) 918-4200.

Monica Wyatt is the Administrative Assistant to the Department Director.  She is responsible for processing all Department Human Resources documentation, processing Department payroll, and providing administrative support to the Director.  Ms. Wyatt may be reached via e-mail at mwyatt@littlerock.gov or by phone at (501) 918-4200.
