Little Rock Land Bank Progress

In 2011, the City of Little Rock Land Bank Program transferred two (2) properties to Habitat for Humanity, for development under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2). Construction was completed on 2209 West 10th Street in July of 2012. Construction was completed on 2520 West 13th Street in February of 2013. Both homes are occupied by first-time homeowners.
