Meet the Director

My name is Stacey Clinesmith Witherell and I have been a dedicated employee of the City for almost thirty years.   I am proud to be the Chief People Officer of the City and be part of the Human Resources Department.  I continue to enjoy working with the wonderful employees at the City from all various jobs we offer from Accountant to Zoo Keeper.  I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and the University of Little Rock with a Master of Public Administration.  I am consistently reminded of the professionalism and dedication of City employees through my daily interactions.
