Biggest Loser Step Challenge

Happy New Year!!!

2022 is here and to start this year off with a bang, City On The Move is challenging all city employees to step those unwanted pounds away by joining the Keep It Moving Challenge hosted by The American Public Health Association. The challenge will last all the way through April giving everyone enough time to participate and compete with their peers of The City Of Little Rock.  

At the end of April, 3 winners will be selected based on 3 categories:

1. Biggest Stepper -  Person who has the most steps

2. Biggest loser - Person who losses the most pounds

3. Biggest percentage - Person who losses the most body fat %

GOOD LUCK AND GET TO STEPPING!

The deadline to turn in your steps to the Wellness Coordinator will be April 19th, 2022
