Northwest Patrol Officers responded to a three-vehicle collision at the 2400 block of S. Bowman Rd. When officers arrived, they discovered the driver of one of the vehicles was unresponsive. MEMS responded and transported that driver, later identified as 25-year-old Andrea Clark, to a local hospital where she later died as a result of her injuries and next of kin was notified. The passenger in that vehicle was also taken to a local hospital and remains in stable condition.  The occupants of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries. Patrol supervisors initiated a reconstruction call-out. This investigation is ongoing.
