BACKGROUND: Customer service representative and assistant manager with a company responsible for recycling electronic equipment, as well as other employment including the installation of Fire Suppression systems, 911 Dispatcher, and sales experience

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK? I have worked for the city for about four years.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR JOB? Ensure quality customer service and deliver efficient city services for citizens of Little Rock.

WHAT IS THE MOST MEANINGFUL PART OF YOUR WORK? The most meaningful part of my job is improving and maintaining an enjoyable quality of life for the citizens of Little Rock.

WHAT SHOULD CITIZENS KNOW ABOUT YOUR DEPARTMENT? Citizens should know that we field phone calls and enter tickets for service for every city department in Little Rock. In addition, we no longer handle non-emergency police issues. 

WHAT IS A FACT ABOUT YOU THAT MIGHT SURPRISE PEOPLE? I play ice hockey, which is not a popular sport in Arkansas. I grew up in Madison, Wis., where hockey is a way of life. 

WHAT IS DOWNTIME FOR YOU? Golf, hockey and going to the lake.

FAVORITE PLACE IN LITTLE ROCK? Favorite place would be my favorite restaurant: The Pantry! Best food in town! 

WHAT ONE WORD, PHRASE, OR QUOTE CAPTURES WHO YOU ARE? I pride myself in being a determined, hardworking and dedicated individual. 

ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD: My wife and I moved to Little Rock five years ago, and we are delighted to call Little Rock home. The community has so much to offer. I am very proud to work for the City of Little Rock.
