Just before 2 p.m., on Saturday, November 6, 2021, Little Rock Police Officers responded to the 3400 block of West 10th Street in reference to a shooting in progress. When they arrived, Mr. Sedalia Rob-inson advised he had just shot the victim, later identified as Bertrand White.


MEMS responded to the scene. Mr. White succumbed to his injuries. His body was later transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy.


Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Search Units were notified, responded, and began an investigation. Detectives canvassed the area, interviewed witnesses and obtained video sur-veillance cameras. Witnesses provided detailed accounts of the incident. Detectives were ad-vised by responding officers that Mr. Robinson was under the influence of alcohol. Therefore, he was not interviewed.

Mr. Robinson was subsequently charged with murder in the first degree. He was then trans-ported to PCRJ and booked.

This investigation is ongoing and occurred in the 12th Street Division.
