e.L.A.B. Expo (Equity, Leadership, Access, Business) is a free, virtual event offered by the City of Little Rock Procurement Division. 

Whether you are starting a new business or recovering from 2020, e.L.A.B. is your chance to set yourself up for success in 2021 by building connections and gaining insights into the procurement process.
